Pantoskop Stereoscope

Germany, 1900s

The Willi Winter comapny, founded by Willi Winter and later run by his son, made a number of mono and stereo viewers starting around 1904 and continuing to the 1950s. This particular Pantoskop is said to be from around 1905. It came with 119 stereoviews from the Krieg and Weltkrieg series of war stereoviews published by NPG and including their series of stereoviews of the Gefangenenlager POW camp.
